These are some facts about the Atmosphere

 

Blanketing the Earth is a layer of air that protects us from the radiation from the Sun. That blanket, known as an Atmosphere, has 5 layers within the Atmosphere, Exosphere, Thermosphere, Mesosphere, Stratosphere, and Troposphere. Did you know that the Troposphere lies closest to the Earth and the Stratosphere lies above the Troposphere and goes up about 30 miles high. Gravity holds the atmosphere close to the Earth.
